C programming in Fedora

I am a new user to fedora linux , so can any one help me in using C programming in linux because am in much need of using it ..pls help .

or if you have a fedora dvd you can install gcc from there (including ada & fortran support if you ever need this)
to find out what tools you may use for editing source, check this topic
