SYSERR(root): collect: read timeout on connection from

Dear All,

some user are unable to send emails using my server , sendmail,


Mar 16 18:40:20 ns3 sendmail[23129]: m2GCenT2023129: SYSERR(root): collect: read timeout on connection from [10.10.10.1], from=<user@domain.net>
Mar 16 18:40:55 ns3 sendmail[23129]: m2GCenT2023129: from=<user@domain.net>, size=0, class=0, nrcpts=1, proto=SMTP, daemon=MTA, relay=[10.10.10.1]
