Keboard Mapping

I'm completely new to Linux and need some help. In Windows I used Keyman to redefine the keyboard for other languages. At this address I found a variante of Keyman called
KMFL: http://sourceforge.net/project/showf...roup_id=130915

I would be vary happy if somebody in detail could learn me how to compile this for Fedora or even make a rpg-package

Thanks in acvice
Alf
