Wireless Connection Filed!

Hello!
This is my biggest problem i ever had in linux, i will like a noob, but what can i do sometimes it could happen.

My Wireless Connection don't work, when i like to activate it says like this



i only can see my lan connection in



and also my drivers are installed exacly


one i config. it and i don't know how i did it,
and also when my system starts it says FILED damn ****

i really need this think for my school network
hope somemebody can help me about it

If you're not using NetworkManager give it a try. Open System > Administration >Services. Restart NetworkManager. An icon should appear in the top panel. Click the icon to see wireless access points.

i think that's it. i tray it before but nothin, maybe it was because wasnt any signal.
