kernel-2.6.23.14-115.fc8.x86_64 hang

I have used yum update to update my kernel to kernel-2.6.23.14-115.fc8.x86_64. But it always hang my machine for using about 5 to 10 minutes. So now I fall back to kernel-2.6.23.14-107.fc8.x86_64. Anybody has the same problem? Can this be fixed?

Thanks
C. N.

You using broadcom b43 drivers?

Looks like others have trouble with this kernel - see https://admin.fedoraproject.org/upda...DORA-2008-0984

kernel-2.6.23.15-137.fc8.x86_64 hang

kernel-2.6.23.15-137.fc8.x86_64 is released. I use yum update to update the kernel. But this kernel still will hang my machine. But it can run a longer time before it hangs. So the most stable kernel is still kernel-2.6.23.14-107.fc8.x86_64 hang

2.6.23.15-137 contains an important security fix (root exploit) so if you can use that one then you should do.
