If they've simply copied off the official DVD release from here:
http://fedoraproject.org/get-fedora then you should be able to match up the sha1sum for your DVD with the official one. You can grab that from any of the mirror sites.
Naturally, you can also download a fresh copy from there for free, or the latest updates versions from here:
http://torrent.fedoraunity.org/ Keep in mind that the release is several months old and many updates have occurred since it was released. If you have decent download speeds, you may be better off simply using a Live CD to install and then adding those packages you want later on. It might cut down on the amount of updates you're faced with.
The 32bit/64bit question really doesn't apply since 32bit can be installed on 64bit machines, which you have.
