Apache: apr_thread_create: unable to create worker thread

Cannot start the fedora directory service admin daemon...seems to be an Apache problem...

from /var/log/dirsrv/admin-serv/errors:

all my other web-based services are fine...my normal apache web server, webmin, etc...

nvrmind...don't know what it was, but a reboot seems to have fixed it...
