New (1, 2, rh90, stable) nomarch-1.3-0.fdr.1.i386.r

Next in the series of crufty old compression utilities amavisd-new can
use (http://bugzilla.fedora.us/show_bug.cgi?id=1496). Kuddos again to dagfor
the initial packaging :

Name : nomarch
Version: 1.3
Release: 0.fdr.1
License: GPL
URL : http://rus.members.beeb.net/nomarch.html

nomarch lists/extracts/tests `.arc' archives. (It also handles `.ark'
files, they're exactly the same.) This is a *very* outdated file
format which should never be used for anything new, but unfortunately,
you can still run into it every so often.

* dim avr 18 2004 Nicolas Mailhot <Nicolas.Mailhot at laPoste.net> 0:1.3-0.fdr.1

- Fedorization

* dim jan 26 2003 Dag Wieers <dag@wieers.com> - 1.3-0

- Initial package. (using DAR)
