WPA_supplicant fails when stopping services.

Hi,
I can use my wireless network without no problem using WPA_supplicant with fedora 8.

When I start wpa supplicant with
service wpa_supplicant start
it starts without problem and I can connect to wifi without problem.

But when I try to stop the services is tell me failed. I can't understand why.
Can you help me please? Thanks.

What's the error message? There have been some issues with wpa_supplicant's position in startup order, but I haven't heard of problems with stopping.

sincerely this is very strange.
There is no error when starting it...
Now there is no error also when I stop it manually with service wpa_supplicant stop
the error remains when I poweroff/reboot the system when all the services where stopped.

Is there a solution for that?
Thanks.

Please post the error message if you have time to write it down as the machine powers off (or as much of it as you have time to copy).

That is, the words that are on the screen when you power the machine off.
