Hello.
In am using Fedora Core 8 x86_64 in my system.
Please take a look of my system listed below to get into my problem.

Integrated Graphics: ATI Radeon Xpress 1250X 512MB Integrated + 512 MB Max Shared
[3]RAM : Zion DDR2 @667MHz 1024MB x 2 (Dual Channel Enabled)
[4]Operating System: Fedora Core 8 x86_64 , Windows XP 64 bit
[5]Linux Kernel : kernel-2.6.23.9-85
[6]Graphics Drivers : Livna Packages:
[a]xorg-x11-drv-fglrx-8.443.1-1.7.12.lvn8.x86_64.rpm
[.b]kmod-fglrx-8.443.1-1.7.12.lvn8.x86_64.rpm

I receved no linux driver with the driver cd and here is no linux drivers for trhis motherboard in the official website of biostar and in other places.

[#]I have got 512 MB integrated Video Memory and 128MB Shared total 640MB
In windows the ATI Catalist Says total memory is 700MB and shows all information correctly.

[#]livna-config-display is in its Default Configurations, i.e the AIGLX is enabled. [Xgl is disabled]

[#]When i enable Xgl from livna-config-display and reboot , the system never loads the GUI and i have to get into command shell and reset the configuration with livna-config-display -a .
[#]ALL THE TESTS AND THE REPORTS BELOW ARE EXECUTED WHEN ONLY AIGLX IS ENABLED, THAT IS livna-config-display IS CONFIGURED TO DEFAULT.
PROBLEMS:
I installed celestia (linux edition) before installing thease graphics drivers and the graphics was too bad and very low fps.
After installing thease graphics driver Celestia started to give good fps and smooth graphics in OpenGL 2.0 and OpenGL Vertex Shader mode.
[1]When ever i run winecfg or run any exe application (any application) it says the below.
[root@localhost Phoxis]# winecfg

[2]I installed Cedega its runs but the tests fail
The System Test Window Says
OpenGL Direct Rendering [FAILED]
3D Acceleration [FAILED]
POSIX Threads (Pthreads) [PASSED]
Copy Protection [PASSED]
OSS Sound [FAILED]
ALSA Sound [FAILED]

[*]When i try to run a game which needs OpenGL Rendering like Counter Strike it tells that no OpenGL Devices found ans the application is going to start in software mode.
When i try to run a game which needs Diret3D Rendering it tells that Couldnot find any compatible Direct3D devices.

Notice that like amdcccle it fails to detect the video card properly.
[*]When Cedega is run from the konsole and any Video tests are run the below texts is displayed in the konsole.

[*]When i play any video , like .wmv or else format ( i have got almost all the codecs installed) and i full screen the video, the framerate dropes drastically and the video seems to be in slow motion.
Kplayer preferences says
Driver : xv:X11/XVideo
Device: (says nothing)
Codec : auto
Scaler : fast bilinear
[CHECKED] Enable double bufferring
[CHECKED] Enable direct rendering
I have tried all installed drivers and codecs but the effect are same.[*]system-config-display is run it shows the picture below and says
Monitor Type: (autoconfigured)
Video Card: Unknown video card
