Internal bluetooth adaptor not detected

I was looking to connect my Dell Latitude D830 with my HP IPAQ PDA, but soon I found out the bluetooth adapter is not detected by Fedora 8. The bluetooth service is started, and google won't tell me what to do in this case. There are many tutorials to connect when your adapter is detected, but in my case I didn't found any.
