Help Installing Open Office

I am a nooby here..... This is probably any easy question but just install F8 but for some reason my open office was not install... I download the Open Office from online but I don't know how to install it please help. Thanks

Did you install from a LiveCD? If so, it's not included because of space restraints. You don't need to download anything, most, if not all the software you need is in the repositories. Just open the Add/Remove Software applet in your menu, give the root password and look for OpenOffice in the 'Applications > Office/Productivity' section.
