Postfix with Amavisd and Spamassassin

I have a functioning postfix server, and I'm trying to enable spam filtering. I've installed amavisd and spamassassin, and configured them according to the tutorial, also making changes to my master.cf and main.cf files. When these lines in the postfix files are active, though, no mail gets through. Do I need to do something with IPtables and ports 10024/10025 in order to allow this to work?

I did not have to change anything on my setup. Post the configs up but change your ip's I will see if I can help you.

I believe You need to add this to main.cf in /etc/postfix

I've got a different setup now; running vexira AV and passing to spamassassin from there. I've got this working, so for now this problem is moot. Thanks for the assistance.
