Hello
I am new to Fedora, thought I would give FC8 a spin. So far I have managed to set it up pretty well how I want but for some reason I can't get my PCI DVB card to work. I'm sure its supposed to be supported by the kernel since 2.6.18.XX.
The card is detected and I have the TV option when I open Kaffeine but when I go into channels and try to scan I hit a wall. It starts of o.k and the SVN and signal bars start filling up and the green lock light comes on but the progress bar shows 0% scanned and after about 5 seconds it just stops the scan.
Anybody got any ideas how to get it to scan?
Many thanks
Heres my dmesg (from DVB part down):
