Load balancing Gateway

Hello

I have a problem I am trying to describe. If you have any ideas that can help thank you very much.
So:
The company I work for has to Internet providers: ISP1 and ISP2. I want to configure a NAT gateway the balances load between these two internet connections.
I have no idea how to do that or where to start from. Google-ing on that makes me even more confused.

Please help.
