When I run blender, it keeps flashing to whatever's behind the blender screen. Also, this top bar with the minimize, close, and maximize buttons disappears completely. When I render, the screen briefly flashes, and stops me from viewing the render.
And sometimes, when I exit blender. the top bar of everything else disappears, making me have to restart.
