Setting Konqueror window width?

Sounds like a stupid question, but when using it as a web browser, how do you set its window width so it stays put? Like with Firefox, I size it so that I can fit two on screen side by side (on a 1680x1050 display) and it works nicely. But Konqueror will NEVER retain the window size that I set. What am I missing?

In konqueror you need to explicitly save the profile and make sure you check off the box to save the window size also. It's in the menubar.

That's what KDE is all about -options-

Just tons of options, and cascading menu after menu, and some more silly options. Oh yeah and a couple thousand "k" apps you'll never use.
