Question fc7 not receiving updates

i often get the message tat i'm not receiving updates.. any ideas how to fix this ??

Just a thought:
Most of the time when you see this message, means that you are not connected to the internet. So look at your connection settings ie:cables, ....and of course are you connected and if your connection is good enough.

Edit: you get this message when you start the box!!!

My broad band is never switched off and my connections are good with windows + my xbox so not sure why this is happaning?
