Moto4lin - FC6 - Create Directory

I recently bought a RAZR V3 Black, installed Moto4lin (moto4lin-0.3-6.fc6.i386.rpm, using Yum), and have connected to the phone with no problems. I even uploaded an mp3 ringtone I created.

However, I want to upload a new skin to the phone, but the program seems to be missing the "Create" directory button that is visible in the screenshots on the Wiki page and discussed on a variety of forums dedicated to uploading skins.

Am I missing something? Can anyone help?
