Just a guess, but if you've recently moved over from Windows, you're seeing a different drive listing. Whereas Windows refers to the primary hard drive as "C", linux will refer to it as "hda", or "sda" in the case of Fedora (other distros use 'sda' for sata drives, but Fedora uses the reference for all of them). Well, then let's mess you up still further!

If you're looking at partitioning information, then the computer's going to use numerical references and count up from zero! Sooooooo, "hda" becomes "hd0" and the first partition on it becomes "(hd0,0)" and the second partition becomes "(hd0,1)".
