Hi, is there a VNC viewer for Fedora and if so where etc?

Yes

yum list | grep vnc

to have a look at what's available, then
yum info packagename
to find out more information.

Yes...

Try this command:
[root@example ~]# rpm -qa | grep vnc
vnc-server-4.1.2-16.fc7
vnc-libs-4.1.2-16.fc7
vnc-4.1.2-16.fc7

OR you can even use the krdc...
