Restore Application, Places, & System on toolbar

My kid (18m old) playing with the keyboard & pressed few keys and I lost the Application, Places, & System Menu's from Tool bar.

Can someone suggest me how to restore them back. I lost the menu on ROOT user & I do not have any other account to run programs.

I appreciate if someone help me to restore or link to appropriate location.

Thanks
Krishna

Right click on the panel where the icons disappeared and click on "+ Add to Panel" and browse for the Fedora "Main Menu" and add it and that should restore some functionality back to the panel.

Good idea to create at least a "user" account, two would be preferable in the event something goes amiss.

This work on KDE and think it work in GNOME.

Go to root directory and rename the .gnome2 folder to .gnome.old and log out, then login. If it doesn't work, you can remove the new gnome2 created and rename to restore all you had.
