Conexant HD Audio, Randomly working.
Hi there,
I have a Conexant HD built in audio. This one time, i turned everything on in volume control and suddenly it worked and was stoked. I haven't changed anything but now it doesn't work.
My Audio configuration shows :
Vendor: Intel corporation
Model: 82801G (ICH7 Family) High definition Audio Controller
Module: snd-hda-intel
Device settings: CONEXANT Analog
Any thoughts?

No, that didn't help. I tried that last week too and the same result.
I've also noticed that the head phone jack doesnt work either.

today i turned on desktop effects and sound started working.
When i turned Desktop Effects off and restarted, it stopped working again???
Is this a known bug?
