Automatically copy files to USB drive

I'm looking for a program which can perform tasks as soon as I plug in a certain USB flash drive. e.g copy files from one directory onto it. It needs to be able to differentiate between different drives like Amorak does when syncing music but I'm looking for something more general purpose rather than just for music. Can anyone suggest anything?

Thanks in advance!
