proc panel

Im not sure what these are called but i want to do it?

Panel on the far right with info whats it called and do you write it yourself and if so what language?

if you are talking about the app on the right which lists procs and eth0 it is called gkrellm just do this
yum install gkrellm gkrellm-themes

Then either select it from the menu or in a terminal run gkrellm &
