gDesklets download
Nope, this is not a cry for help What I've done is taken the Ubuntu DEB file of gDesklets and extracted it and put them in a tarball. The tarball contains a hidden directory '.gdesklets' which you extract to your user's /home directory. I think I have removed most of those that no longer work (ones that use Yahoo) Another niggle is some of the desklets show up more than once in different categories. The tarball will be available for the rest of the day (It's now 13:45 my time) Use it at your own risk. No help, no support no guarantees, no nothin'

Hi Dan,
My pleasure. I noticed a couple of people asking for desklets (one in the Gallery) so thought I'd do this one more time Hopefully the last.

I just moved my desklets over from my ubuntu install on the same box that worked too! fedora needs to include more desklets with gdesklets.

search google for them there are quite a few out there, just gotta find 'em. They're pretty easily installed too, and just as easily uninstalled ( you find some that don't work/just plain suck. )
