I think iv mixed my repos, be nice

Hi there everyone, it's cold here in Melbourne and my heater broke and i cant work out this whole repo nonsense and my girlfriends coming home soon and she will no doubt unplug my pc if she finds me sitting here achieving nothing and not giving her any attention.
So i need help.
I recently upgraded from FedCore5 to Fed7. When i installed FC5 i followed the the worlds best installation guide "S.Finely "and now i think my repos my be conflicting.

can anyone tell me what this means:
Code:
[root@localhost yum.repos.d]# rpm -qa --queryformat "%{NAME}-%{VERSION}-%{RELEASE}.%{VENDOR}\n"|grep Freshrpms.net|sortamrnb-0.0.1-2.fc7.Freshrpms.net
faad2-2.5-2.fc7.Freshrpms.net
gstreamer-plugins-ugly-0.10.6-1.fc7.Freshrpms.net
libdvdplay-1.0.1-5.fc7.Freshrpms.net
x264-0.0.0-0.3.20070529.fc7.Freshrpms.net
xvidcore-1.1.3-2.fc7.Freshrpms.net
[root@localhost yum.repos.d]#
Apparently im to delete them in some way....hmmmmmm, how would one go about that?

try

su -
yum install yum-protectbase
su -c 'perl -i -pe "s/(\[.*\])/\1\nprotect=yes/" /etc/yum.repos.d/{fedora*,livna*}'

yum remove amrnb faad2 gstreamer-plugins-ugly libdvdplay x264 xvidcore

these two lines in blue lets you mix the repos livna and freshrpms without issue

As this is a upgrade you may want to check for other errors

su
yum install yum-utils
package-cleanup --problems
package-cleanup --cleandupes
