problem viewing FEDORAFORUM.ORG

I can see this forum on all computers i use windows and or Linux on, but my home windows computer(which also happens to be my amd Linux box)doesn't. I tried disabling/enabling firewall and ports secure connect(computer and router) but when i try to come to
http://fedoraforum.org it just loads a blank screen(in Firefox)
I reloaded internet EXPLODE'R back onto that box and it says cant display page and recommended changing and modifying access to allow 128bit encryption to allow page to use that and tls3.0
well i did all this plus in Firefox and on windows management and in my anti-virus*(bit defender) still know avail.I used to just think this forum was down every weekend and found its my computer?

Any ideas?

hmmm...very strange...you must have the security settings blocking the page...whether it be in a hosts file or in the browser security settings.

Moved to 'General Support' I couldn't see any suggestions or feedback in the OP.
