Dedicated Server running FC4 upgrade with yum?

I know its not recommended to do major system upgrades with yum, but since its a dedicated server I have no choice

Is it possible to do this? I would like to be running at least Fedora Core 6....Could I upgrade to 5, then 6 and possibly then 7?

EDIT -
Here's a guide that goes from 4 to 5

I'm going to try this...I have too, I can't stand trying to make Fedora4 work for what I need it too anymore, anyone have any advice before I do?
