Stopping KDE locking my desktop when idle

Hi all,

I've just installed Fedora 7 with KDE and some setting is locking my desktop when I leave my computer idle for a short time. The screen is blank and when I wake it up I get the prompt to enter my user password rather than just displaying the desktop.

I have made sure there is no checkmark in the KDesktop Screensaver "require password to stop".

I have gone into KPowersave and made sure there is no checkmark against General Settings "Lock screen before suspend or standby", as well as removing all checkmarks under Scheme Settings (BTW, do I even need to have KPowersave as I don't have a laptop??).

I have run out of places to check, and it is driving me nuts! Any advice would be most appreciated.

Thanks.

Nevermind, got it sorted now. Not sure what I did but I am not seeing the user password prompt anymore.

OK if others have the same problem
Kmenu-> Control Centre -> Appearance and Themes ->Screensaver click on box "require password to stop" and remove the "X" click on apply
