Holux GR 213 Sirf III gps receiver

How do i get this to work on my usb port on linux do i have to mount it?I try to get this to work wit gpsdrive and gpsd.Have anyone got this to work with fedora?

not to highjack the thread but I've been trying to get the GPSlim236 to load for a couple days.

lsusb shows nothing. /var/log/message shows nothing. I tried loading the modules pl2303 and usbserial thinking its a serial connection doesn't help. ...I can't get anything out of it.

Anyone else have any luck?
