id3 tag and mp3 lyrics

what editor can i use to edit id3 tags for mp3? I want to add synchonized lyrics to the mp3.
i've tried easytag, but it dosen't seem to have the ability to add/edit lyrics.

on the other hand, if I have the lrc file for the mp3, is there a way to take the info of the lrc file and add it to the mp3's id3 tag? (so i don't have to have two files together to view the lyrics)
