Does Kodak 5100 printer work under FC5?

Do you have experience with the new Kodak 5100 printer under FC? Nothing yet on linuxprinting.org or via google. I'm considering this printer because of the claimed longevity of the inks. Prints produced by my Epson 900 printer with Epson ink on Epson matte paper fade badly after three months (unless, of course, kept in the proverbial cool, dry, dark place and never viewed)!

Ping. It's on the front page of the New York Times. Does Fedora Core Anything support it, at least minimally?

Kodak hosts a forum for its employees, and a number of posts have called for Kodak to develop a linux driver for the EasyShare printers (http://1000nerds.kodak.com/search/de...sp?item=473852). Turns out that the Mac driver is based on CUPS 1.1, so the stretch to linux might not be far. I would run out the door right now and buy one of these printers if a linux driver were available!
