Sync Cell Phone Using Bluetooth or USB?

I've got a new Motorola KRZR K1 with a 2GB uSD memory on which I'd like to add address book entries. Also would like to transfer photos and music, but the address book is first. There's got to be a way I can do this on my Fedora laptop.

I have a USB A to 5 pin B cable. My Dell Inspiron E1705 (Centrino Duo) has bluetooth interface as well as several USB ports. It's running FC6.

I've been unable to locate Linux applications to sync up with the cell phone. Any pointers where to find or how to setup bluetooth or USB connection to my cell phone? Suggestions on which is better or more likely to be successful?
