Projector Toggle Function Broken on FC7 not FC6 - C304NR Compaq Laptop

I recently tried connecting my laptop up to a projector to give a presentation and I realized that the FN+F4 which usually toggles to my external VGA Port doesn't work since I switched to FC7 from FC6...

It's interesting because anything that didn't work with FC6 now does work with 7 but this one function doesn't...

Anyone else experience this, I have to wonder if it's a graphics driver problem:
