thank you.
i can download the pidgin.repo file from url:http://rpm.pidgin.im/fedora/pidgin.repo/
and save it from above in /etc/yum.repos.d/

do "yum -y install pid"
that's all. but i think i want to do it from Source, url:http://sourceforge.net/project/downl...-2.0.2.tar.bz2

Unless you're running a very ancient version of Fedora I can't see the point of doing things the hard way when Pidgin is in the Fedora repos. No need to add any other repo info at all. But, that's up to you.
