fc7 handscratcher (from fc6 upgrade) for RealTek card (Tulip)

The realtec in fc7 seems to have an issue with ipv4, ipv6 is fine but libsysfs.so.2 says it cannot open object file, error some other host is using this address/

Arping error

We dont use ipv6, precisekly does anybody know where the ipv6 is going from its not in the ifcfg-etho file in /etc/sysconfig/networking-scripts directory

odd - im giving up on hunt the ipv6 config can anyboy point me in the right direction.
