For WoW players : A Fedora Guild?

Is there, or should we create a Fedora User's guild in WoW? I think we should wield the magic of Fedora in a more playful fashion

I just thought it would be a cool idea, gang us all together.

I found that the guild I am in has a few Linux gamers, but no common distro. One Ubuntu, on Gentoo, one SuSE, and myself the Fedora/Red Hat guy.

I think a cool Linux WoW guild would be something like "Order of the Red Fedora", an obvious ploy on the Dragonlance "Order of the Red Rose" ;D

I dunno, lets see if we can get enough of us together. I think if we spread word on Transgaming's forum, Codeweaver's forums, /. , and Digg we should get enough exposure from the peeps that just don't use the Fedora Forums.

Just a thought

Well, we have to consider the fact that not all of us play on the same server.

what platform compatibility software works best with WoW other then Wine

I was thinking of purchasing codeweaver or Cedega and not sure which one is the best option for the best perfomance in WoW

Cedega works pretty great, but wine is just as good. I really don't see a reason to use anything other than wine for wow.

Wine has never worked right for me I get better luck using a program like codeweaver that auto configures wine for specific programs then wine itself but I am not sure if Wow will work in this fashion

I am not sure I why but if i ever get it to work in Wine it is ever so slow and choppy. I have gotten it to work before but it was unplayable as it had so much lag
