Skype and Program like Skype

Hi People
I got problem. It was Skype program (skype-1.3.0.53-fc5.i586) on my new Fedora 7. I installed it but it looked like no good. So I uninstalled it immediately after testing skype.
Is there any Skype version for Fedora 7?
Is there any program like Skype for Fedora 7?
Please advice me!

Yesterday .. it was problem that Skype looked like no good. I mean the appearance of Skype program and also sound and voice also weren't good in Skype testing and calling. So I removed it. But today afternoon, I though I should try again Skype, then I installed again the Skype (above old version). I got to know the appearance of the Skype was normal as well and Calling was also OK. So I got what I needed. Although I didn't remember what I updated or what had been changed in the system during the night and morning, my Skype problem was solved in this afternoon.
