Front Pannel Sound

I have a Asus P5nSLI motherboard and I am using the on board sound. From the real pannel sound is heard but my front panel isn't working. What is wrong and how to solve this?

This is not the system specified below this is my second system.

Are you sure that the connection between motherboard and front panel is correct or not?

Yes on my Windows System they work

Rear panel sound works but front panel doesn't, i have no idea. Or do a check of ALSA
