Question Per-user display resolution settings?

The system-wide resolution setting (in the "/etc/X11/xorg.conf" file) will be used for the user login display; individual user settings will take effect after the user logs in. Does anyone know where the "individual user settings" are stored?

On my Fedora 7 Test 4 laptop running Gnome the file is
