Belkin F5D7050 freezes computer on restart

Its installed and working fine. However when I restart my computer I have to remove the dongle and wait untill Im fully started up to plug it back into USB or all of my usb devices are frozen.
Im using the rt2570 driver, and it was working perfectly until a few days ago. Nothing shows up in the log files, doesnt list as an error. It seems like it turns off my usb ports. Any help would be appreciated
