WINE, FC6 (x64) and Sound

Ok having slight problems with WINE. Firstly system specs

AMD 64 3800
1GB RAM
nVidia 7600GT (256MB)
Soundblaster live Audigy SE
Fedora Core 6 (64 bit)

I've installed WINE using YUM install WINE, and installed (so far) Dawn of War and Dark Crusade. However I can not get sound to work.

When I run WINECFG I get the following output (with OSS selected - but I get no sound at all)
Code:
ALSA lib conf.c:3939:(snd_config_expand) Unknown parameters 0
ALSA lib control.c:910:(snd_ctl_open_noupdate) Invalid CTL default:0
ALSA lib conf.c:3939:(snd_config_expand) Unknown parameters 0
ALSA lib control.c:910:(snd_ctl_open_noupdate) Invalid CTL default:0
When I select ALSA I get the following output when starting WINECFG:

Code:
ALSA lib conf.c:3939:(snd_config_expand) Unknown parameters 0
ALSA lib control.c:910:(snd_ctl_open_noupdate) Invalid CTL default:0
Best I've managed so far is by using ALSA I get very broken sound, jumping all the time and causing the game to run VERY slowly almost hang. My WINE sound settings seem to be looking for DMIX as my ALSA settings are set to use device DMIX:0 but I don't know that DMIX is installed/working on my install. I know I can't use two apps on my soundcard at the same time.

Any ideas? help gratefully accepted!

Thanks in advance
