Octave has IDE?

Just wondering if someone here uses Octave can tell me is there a MATLAB like IDE shell for Octave?
A lot of time I need to search for help with fogotten commands.
Thanks,

The only one I've heard of is Octave Workshop. I've never used it so I have no idea how good it is. If you just need a GUI for help with the commands, try TkInfo, which is a GUI frontend for viewing info files (the complete Octave documentation is in info format).

Thanks a lot, I've installed Octave Workshop (windows version) works fine.
But could not install the linux version, says missing QT4.1.0 which is not free for download.
Any suggestion?

If you follow the link to the FC4 binary near the bottom of the main page, there's an rpm for qt-4.1.0 there. That may be good enough for compiling from source, or you could just try the FC4 rpm itself.
