Thumbs down Problems with a radeon x1650 PRO AGP in fed6

Hi all, I'm both new to Fedora Core 6 and to this forums. =)

I happily downloaded Fedora Core 6 and installed it today, BUT, when the installer ejected my installation media, and then rebooted, my screen wouldn't work for some reason...

I have a Radeon x1650 PRO AGP8x 256MB graphics card, which I think is the source to the problem. When Fedora boots, it is going past the bootingscreen, where it says loading linux kernel blah blah.. But then after that, when I am supposed to set up my fedora core 6 for the first time, the screen goes craaaazzzzyyy!! It's like copied, in sideways, and fickers/shimmers ... I can't figure out any ways to solve this, has anyone had this problem before?

Thx for help, PuRity
