Microsoft wireless keyboard & mouse

Hello. I have a wireless keyboard & mouse, and it installs fine but it keeps... refreshing the connection? It keeps disconnecting and reconnecting the USB device so i get like jerky movements... Any Ideas?

Thanks

Try another usb socket.

Enable legacy usb support in your bios.

New battery in the mouse.

Try a different surface for the mouse (an optical mouse won't work very well on many smooth surfaces)
