Using subwoofer w/MP3 playback

I have a Delta 1010LT which works great under ALSA. I can watch movies with VLC in glorious 5.1 with no problems. However, when I playback MP3s or Oggs, (xmms or Amarok) I only get sound from the left and right, and I would really like the subwoofer to work as well, considering my mains are only 6" drivers.

I'm using the Envy24 Control GUI, but there is no routing available such as in the Windows M-Audio control panel. Under Winders, it's not a problem.

Does anyone know of a way to make ALSA route the L/R to the sub (output 6 on the 1010)?

BTW, I'm using 32 bit FC6 with all current updates, Athlon64, 1GB RAM.
