Hello:
You can download the vmware rpm from their site [free], if you are interested.

Hello:
You can select the binary rpm ... Yes.
then rpm -ivh
There is also a how-to located here that you will want to have a look at:
http://forums.fedoraforum.org/showth...ghlight=vmware
Now as far as Zune goes, I honestly have no idea... sorry.
Perhaps, others can chime in on the Zune question.

VMware doesn't "fake" Windows at all. It's a virtual machine environment where you can install a genuine copy of Microsoft Windows. Perhaps you are confusing it with Wine?

Hello:
You should be able to install any application, service pack etc. as you would on an ordinary hd install. Subject to actual virtual hd room etc.

Hello:
Well ... Yes as it is a new OS ... no different than any other OS you choose.
It is not hard ... you can get the latest codecs from here:
ftp://ftp1.mplayerhq.hu/MPlayer/rele...061022.tar.bz2
and follow the instruction guide here:
http://stanton-finley.net/fedora_cor...es.html#Codecs
