Intel 945 GM Express chipset/Resolution in FC6 any help?

i have installed FC6 and i m not getting resolution of 1280x800 which i get get used in Windows Xp so lot of problem working in FC6.
I googled and i found http://www.intellinuxgraphics.org/download.html
for my Intel 945 GM Express chipset. It list following:
Source code repositories
X.org 2D driver
The Intel driver for X.org is available from the public X.org git repository:

$ git-clone git://anongit.freedesktop.org/git/xorg/driver/xf86-video-intel

DRM kernel module
The DRM kernel modules are available from the public DRM git repository:

$ git-clone git://anongit.freedesktop.org/git/mesa/drm

Mesa 3D GL driver
The GL drivers are available from the public Mesa CVS repository:

$ cvs -d Razzserver:anoncvs@anoncvs.freedesktop.org:/cvs/mesa checkout Mesa

Can any one let me know whether I really need this to fix my problem and if yes then how to use it.
I m using dual boot FC6 & Windows XP will it cause any problem in BIOS or working in Xp.

There are two maths to sort it out

1,use intell vendor's driver -intel vendor supplied driver for intel card which just below i80 driver.

2. # yum install 915resolution -y

I just got a new system and everything seemed to work great except all the Freezes at the end of booting and the like. Reading all these posts I decided I should try using a separate video card, so I bought a PCI express Geforce 6200LE and all the freezing is fixed.

Of course, I can't get the newest nvidia-graphic9746-kmdl for the xen kernel, but that's for another thread.
