Init script time-outs problem

Hi All.

Is it possible to alter the time-out on a particular init script. So if I want an init script to wait for say 2 minutes before deciding it's failed to stop a daemon then carrying on through the rest of the init scripts, can this be done?

Thanks in advance for any help or assistance!

Cheers,
jcat

Well I guessed that much, but thought their might be a better way of doing it

I was wondering if there was some kind or rc config file used to specify things like that.
